Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation.
This person must be able to communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills.
The ability to lead technical groups along with handling critical customer issues is important for this role.
Responsibilities: Manage each project's scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g.
from clients or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product Master delivering applications with experience facilitating up to 3-4 scrum teams at a time.
What will make you successful in this role? 5 + years of demonstrable Scrum Master experience, leading 2 or more Scrum teams, (likely with azure Dev Ops as the tool) MUST hold a minimum of Australian Citizenship to apply Have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
