About the opportunity: We are searching for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join the Canada Goose team in Chadstone over the spring/summer. These opportunities will see you working across extended trading hours with the likelihood of Sundays off. These casual positions are ongoing until mid-January 2025 with the opportunity to extend. In this role, you: Contribute to store financial success: achieving sales targets and productivity KPIs. Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork, effective communication, attending training, and demonstrating Canada Goose's brand values. Handle product, transactions and the client journey with respect, compliance and operational efficiencies. Let's talk about you: Articulate in English and Mandarin (preferred). You bring energy, are a natural explorer and/or participate in an outdoor lifestyle. Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work retail hours (including weekends, late nights and peak extended trading hours). Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail. Proven track record of successful store operations, including the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance.
