About the Role We are currently seeking Casual Harvest Operators to commence work at the end of February 2021 on our Pistachio orchard in Robinvale, Victoria.
Approximately 3-5 weeks of shift work (day or night) is required.
You will be operating machinery and undertaking other manual harvest tasks as requested.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and Property Manager.
The successful candidates will: A strong understanding of WHS principles Previous machinery operation experience Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Be able to work independently and cooperate well in a team environment CMV Farms is a committed employer offering excellent working conditions, including: Modern machinery Safe working environment with a strong safety ethos Above Award pay rates Onsite training Previous experience working as a harvest and/or machine operator with the ability to maintain and service the machinery being operated is preferred but not essential.
Onsite training will be provided.
