It s a good time to see what more you can find at NAB as a Consultant, Resilience &Crisis Management The Role As a Consultant, Resilience & Crisis Management, you will be responsible for supporting NAB s response to incident and crisis situations.
Key responsibilities: Support a strong business resiliency, preparedness and response environment across NABSupport implementation and delivery of training for nab Tools Support the business to maintain, update, validate BCM Policy requirements Support the business in developing effective response strategies, support thematic reviews/deep dives to implement process improvement opportunities Support standardisation, consistency, quality and effectiveness across Business Continuity & Crisis Management controls Support the delivery of testing and exercising (design, develop, communicate, coach and support delivery of plausible disruption scenarios including development of Test Summary Reports )Support the uplift of an effective control infrastructure to reduce the likelihood and impact of Business Disruption events Supporting the execution of NAB s Incident & Crisis Management framework and response You will be working with a range of business areas across the NAB group, liaising with NAB executives and frontline staff so must demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
What you will need: You will need to have enterprise experience in Business Continuity, Incident Management and Crisis Response.
Able to display resilience in high pressure situations and environments Experience in implementing, testing, and monitoring controls to reduce the likelihood and impact of Business Disruption events Be a confidant presenter with experience in delivering training and exercises to support a range of learning outcomes Strong stakeholder management experience Able to work in a high availability environment with rostered 24/7 on call responsibilities (once every 6-8 weeks)Make a difference through your work At NAB, we work together to deliver exceptional outcomes that exceed our customers expectations.
