Seeking Programmers And Code Developers For A New App Startup

Description This App has been developed by myself and my partner and basically helps users to manage their day to day activities, their bookings, their time and record & display information about their clients from a database.
Description This App has been developed by myself and my partner and basically helps users to manage their day to day activities, their bookings, their time and record & display information about their clients from a database.
The App has been prototyped both on paper and using tools like Adobe XD but now needs its functionality implemented.
We're at the stage of designing the database schema and after researching the area further have decided that it's better to use the skills of an experience programmer/developer and outsource this work.
We're not sure if we're looking to hire for a period of time or if we should try to find a possible partner for this project.
