Sen Learning Support Assistant

SEN Teaching Assistant Willo Education are working exclusively with a 3 form entry Primary School in the Sandwell area who are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN LSA.
The successful person will be working on a 1:1 basis in KS1, supporting daily educational needs and assisting with small Numeracy and Literacy groups.
The position is full time, 5 days a week, and requires someone who is committed, reliable, and knowledgeable.
The school seeks a passionate and hardworking individual with a positive can-do attitude.
The head teacher has expressed that for the right person, a permanent position might be offered, allowing you to work with the child throughout her Primary Education.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following: Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months experience working with children who have SEN.
Right to work in the UK.
Engaging, positive, and reliable.
