Job Description Your New Role The Senior Advisor, Learning and Development, will work in a matrix reporting line to the Senior Manager, OD & People Experience and Transformation Director to design and deliver learning and build capability as part of our transformation program and broader business learning needs. As the L&D subject matter expert in the business, this role will lead training needs analysis and be responsible for the creation and delivery of targeted development interventions that meet project and business needs and deliver tangible learning outcomes. Please note this is a 2-year contract initially. Collaborate with transformation project leads and organisational leaders to identify capability development priority areas, create and execute plans in partnership with our Change and Communications Leads. Design and deliver innovative learning experiences that may blend workshops, e-learning, simulations, learning in the flow of work and resources to support embedding. Delivery may be in-person, virtual or hybrid, synchronous or asynchronous. Produce high quality program evaluations linked to desired outcomes, monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees. Maintain current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices and future trends. Desired Skills and Experience About You Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant degree (desirable) Experience as a Capability lead or similar, ideally in a complex project oriented environment. Experience in identifying and analysing needs, prioritising and planning training and other capability interventions across 70:20:10. Expertise in designing high impact, human-centered learning experiences, content and resources to support capability building. Ability to consult, influence others build and maintain key stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organisation. Experience in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Familiarity with current e-learning and digital design platforms and delivery applications. Knowledge of Adult Learning principles and accessibility in learning design.
