Who are we looking for? We're looking for a Senior Advisor - Reliability Engineering to join our Asset Management team.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Hobart with a focus in mining, manufacturing, or resources across Australia.

This strategic role will embrace flexible, hybrid, and family-friendly work arrangements and can be appointed on either a part-time or full-time basis.

What you will do: Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Using your expertise in the mining, manufacturing, and resources industries to successfully complete infrastructure asset management projects using your knowledge of the sector and by maximizing industry contacts.
Building positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within GHD.
Acting as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service.
Working collaboratively and effectively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
Helping clients to gain confidence that their projects are being well managed and in safe hands with you and GHD.
What you will bring to the team: Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a recognized asset management, operations, contracting, or consulting environment.
Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Commercially astute with strong project delivery experience; deliver outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable approach.
Effective and proven business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
Asset investment planning, demand analysis, and life cycle planning experience.
A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series.
