The role We have an exciting new opportunity to kick start a career in Regulatory and Compliance.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to take ownership of the compliance request for information process.
Responsible for building and executing the regulatory activities whilst proactively fine-tuning processes and improving efficiency.
You will also be responsible for; Producing dashboards and reports, which address current company process impacts, trends, a proactive view to identify systemic failings and to produce a current and up to date, fit for purpose business snapshot of the current and ongoing regulatory environment and trends within Crown.
Gather and translate detailed data to represent in compliance reports and related reports for stakeholder and Board reporting.
Identify gaps and make recommendations on delivering business improvements and assisting in mapping plans for enhancing Crown's compliance culture.
Manage the compliance information requests inbox, record keeping in Archer (Crown's GRC System) and collating the necessary information to be provided to the regulatory in Share File.
Maintain and oversee the Calendar of activities required to be completed by the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team.
About you This is the ideal role for someone who is experienced in gaming with exceptional stakeholder management experience and has a tech savvy mindset.
You will be able to build strong internal relationships to deliver efficiency.
You will also be proactive in streamlining the process and automating where possible.
You will also have; Archer system knowledge and analytics experience would be advantageous.
Demonstrated breadth in knowledge across a variety of areas such as data analytics, reporting and innovation and relevant business tools such as Excel, Power BI et al.
Experience in strategy, planning and execution of projects.
Experience in developing and implementing new processes and procedures including driving change initiatives.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence as issued by the VGCCC.
