What you'll do: Take on a leadership role as an Associate Civil Engineer at WSP. Collaborate on significant projects in civil, infrastructure, and mining sectors.
Develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions within an industry-leading team.
Lead the delivery of complex projects in geo-environmental engineering.
Build and maintain client relationships, supporting project delivery and business development.
Undertake project management, focusing on repeat business and desired outcomes for key clients.
Mentor and lead a team of junior engineers, contributing to shared project responsibilities.
Support operations management in developing and executing strategies for achieving shared goals.
About you: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering with extensive relevant experience.
Design experience in civil/environmental/geotechnical engineering related to subsurface environmental risks, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to convey advice to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong project management capabilities and ability to lead multidisciplinary projects.
Highly motivated, innovative, and committed to technical excellence.
Demonstrated project ownership, decision-making, and mentoring skills.
