It's essentially a one-stop digital hub that supports brokers in managing client relationships, nurturing sales, upskilling with online training, generating compliance documents, and so much more.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Back-End Software Developer to join the fast paced, and agile team.
This role focuses on back-end development, including API integrations with Salesforce, within a Dev Ops environment.
As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, efficient, and secure backend solutions that support the continuous growth of the product.
Key Responsibilities: API Development and Integration : Design, implement, and maintain APIs Database Management : Ensure the efficient design, optimization, and maintenance of databases to store client data, loan details, and transaction histories securely.
Security and Compliance : Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize server performance, ensuring fast response times and scalability as the user base grows.
Automation and Dev Ops : Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline deployments and ensure the platform runs smoothly in production.
Qualifications: 10 years of software development experience, with a focus on back end development is required.
