Your Role We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (One Digital-One Pass) to join our team! Based in our head office in Melbourne, this role reports into the One Digital Senior Delivery Manager to support the development of products for One Pass and Corporate Initiatives.
The role will play a critical part in the evolution of the business and product teams gathering requirements and working through business analysis for key initiatives.
This role directly supports One Pass and in delivering the commercial strategic plans with a focus on growing customer and business value.
What you'll be doing Partner with key stakeholders across One Pass, One Data and Wesfarmers businesses to gather requirements, and develop plans for the development of product features or Corporate Initiatives.
Undertake analysis to identify potential business opportunities and to develop business cases.
Collaborate with architecture, product and technology teams.
Develop strong understanding of the privacy, compliance and governance framework and its implications on the digital roadmap.
Develop and maintain documentation relating to product features and corporate initiatives for internal and external consumption.
Own and undertake continuous improvement of existing processes and documentation standards.
Support the Product Manager to develop and maintain product roadmaps coordinated across the various One Digital functions.
Prioritise engagements and tasks with the business stakeholders and end customers at the core of decision making.
What you'll bring to the table An experienced professional who has thrived in Agile team environments, adept at navigating dynamic workflows and iterative development cycles.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build rapport and create great working relationships.
Outcomes focus with expertise in planning for multiple initiatives and prioritising for value.
Strong written and spoken communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Embraces ambiguity with confidence, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in rapidly evolving project landscapes.
Flexibility to travel to some other office locations around Melbourne when required.
