Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Business Banking team in the Health Segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisitions and developing unique solutions for small to medium-sized enterprises and emerging corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive new client acquisitions and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Analyze financial data and complex business structures to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business results.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
Strong understanding of commercial and cash flow lending, as well as experience in the health segment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex financial data and business structures to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
