The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant and Associate Director to join our Melbourne Planning team.
You will have the opportunity to provide advice relating to the required tools, techniques and analysis associated with planning and development impacts.
You will support new and existing relationships with clients and contribute to the overall growth of Planning.
The roles are supported by a highly experienced Director and a market-leading Melbourne Planning team.

You will: Provide advanced statutory and strategic urban planning principles and methods and the ability to apply them, including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans and the approval process and management Manage medium to large size projects including scoping, costing of projects and formulating tenders Maintain and grow strong client relationships Support the delivery of strategic Planning projects and other national initiatives Nurture and develop individual staff members, through effective coaching and mentoring Provide assistance with strategic planning exercises About You:4-5 years of relevant experience in Urban Planning.
Proven work history in a Consultancy environment and relevant tertiary qualifications.
Proven writing skills in MOUs, agreements, reports, precinct structure plans.
An ability to take an idea and put it on paper to tell a story Proven ability to manage and develop team members Ability to identify and win new business, with a track record of building new clients within Melbourne.
