Behaviour Works Australia is seeking a dynamic Senior Communication and Content Coordinator to elevate our brand and engage our diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement Behaviour Works Australia's communication and content plan, aligning with our strategic goals. Network Building: Cultivate a robust network of contacts to source content and promote Behaviour Works Australia's thought leadership, research, and achievements. Content Management: Oversee Behaviour Works Australia's digital presence, including our website, intranet, and social media platforms, to enhance audience engagement and brand positioning. Creative Content Creation: Plan, write, and edit a variety of materials for print, digital, and social media, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and video scripts. Event Support: Collaborate with colleagues to develop communication plans for Behaviour Works Australia events and projects. Performance Analytics: Implement reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
