This position is working on a technical project where you will grow and develop.
Roles and Responsibilities: Examine and interpret Head Contract conditions to ensure awareness of key contractual points, including time bars, progress claims, DA & CC conditions.
Administer all project financials through Jobpac.
Create the project budget, monitoring and tweaking through the delivery process.
Maintain strong and workable relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, local government, local authorities and head contractors.
Create and monitor project programs, using Microsoft Project.
Analyse risk through conducting due diligence on design, programme and onsite delivery.
Monitor and report on progress.
This will include interstate travel for site visits.
Take a key involvement in all PCG meetings, including the preparation of the PCG report, agenda and minutes.
Interpret specifications and drawings to understand scope of works for the project and confirm what is inclusions.
Arrange council permits and any required authority permits to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
Review and recommend Head Contract claims and assess supplier progress claims and invoices.
Desired Experience: A minimum of 10 years' experience within the construction industry.
We would be interested in Project Managers who have managed $5 M-$10 M projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Administrators working on $50 M+ projects.
Passionate about technical projects such as hospitals, laboratories and Data Centres.
Exceptional communication skills both with internal and external stakeholders.
