About the role This role involves working across the Westpac and Bank of Melbourne brands in the commercial property lending segment. You will oversee a large portfolio of asset-backed Investment and Development lending transactions, including assessing new deals for New to Bank opportunities, conducting annual reviews of customer connections, and evaluating customer and sector risks. Additionally, you will provide expert insight and advice. What you'll be responsible for Sourcing new investment opportunities by identifying and evaluating market opportunities. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate investment research and investment decisions to key stakeholders. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and presenting investment recommendations.
