Government - State (Government & Defence) The Senior Data Collection Officer is responsible for building processes to efficiently identify data sources, collect data, and ensure the availability of accurate and legitimate data for organisational decision-making.
The role will also provide support to data analysis by offering insights on the quality or limitations of the data collected and guiding how the data should be interpreted.
The Senior Data Collection Officer will use their experience in data, data systems, and analysis to enable a robust evidence base to identify trends and risks, ensuring information is fully integrated into RV's strategic decision-making.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Experience with data collection processes and user-centered design tools is highly desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and data governance.
A demonstrated ability to multi-task while being resilient and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced agile work environment is essential.
This is an ongoing position.
The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
