The Act, together with the Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 provide a Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme.

About the role The Senior Data Validation Analyst will lead a team responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving complex data issues relating to quarterly returns.
This role requires expertise in data integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About you The successful candidate will need to possess: Demonstrated experience displaying strong leadership, effective supervision and development of staff, to deliver high quality and timely outcomes.
Advanced computer skills, using software and tools, including working with Excel, Power BI, databases, data warehouses and customer relationship management software.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders, along with delivering key outcomes for the Authority.
A high level of organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to determine priorities and manage tasks of tight and conflicting deadlines and work with limited direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare complex, technical reports and present these to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Strong initiative and can-do approach to solving business problems, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice solutions.
Pro-active and organised, including taking responsibility for the team's work and delivering effectively in a dynamic environment.
