As a member of the engineering team, you will participate in the full engineering life cycle which includes designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying new software solutions and infrastructure for the existing platform, with a particular focus on the Dev Ops, CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring and security space.
This role will work across all states, and liaise with cardiologists, patients, and other associated teams to derive clinical and business project ideas and facilitate the timely completion of projects.
This role may be offered as work from home, with some travel opportunities available.
What you'll do: Lead and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with the Technology Lead to implement technical architecture and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
Manage timelines, budgets, and work with vendors to build and maintain the product.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, providing guidance on security, scalability, testing, and resilience.
Promote and support best practices in software development, Dev Ops, and CI/CD processes within the team.
Who you are: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade applications in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
Proficiency with container technologies (e.g., Docker) and writing infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation).
Experience with cloud-based relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and observability tools (e.g., AWS Cloud Watch, Datadog).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
