I've recruited both of their current SDAMs who are going great; they've now created 2 new roles as they continue to win new work and grow. You'll be part of a small, passionate team in Melbourne which turned over $7 M in its first 3 years. It's a full-time, permanent role offering $100-110k + Super + a great Commission structure. Other Requirements Experience creating, implementing, monitoring and reporting on digital performance marketing campaigns Strong client services, account growth and relationship-building skills are essential. You need to be able to offer insights to clients, not just data.
