We're looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager to join our team and lead strategy, planning, and client communications for a high-profile e-commerce/retail client.
Role Overview: The Senior Digital Media Manager will focus on driving measurable results across digital channels.
The role encompasses strategic planning and execution, client communications, and team management, ensuring successful campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive digital media strategies tailored to the client's e-commerce/retail objectives.
Lead cross-channel media planning, ensuring cohesive integration across platforms, including Social, Programmatic, BVOD, Video, Display, and Partnerships.
Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaign strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends to inform innovative media approaches.
Client Communication & Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, delivering insights, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations.
Present performance reports and strategy proposals to senior-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on digital media strategies and performance.
Team Management & Campaign Management: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Oversee the execution and optimization of campaigns across digital tools, focusing on Social Media, Programmatic, Search, and Video.
Implement A/B testing, targeting strategies, and bid management to improve campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
What we are looking for: Experience: Minimum 4+ years in digital media management, preferably within a media or marketing agency environment.
Experience in e-commerce/retail digital marketing.
Proven track record in developing and leading media strategies across multiple platforms.
Skills: Expertise in digital platforms including Programmatic, Social Media (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In), Search (Google, Bing), BVOD, Video, Display, and Partnerships.
Exceptional client management skills, with experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
