What you'll do: Supporting WSP's renewable project development services Lead the development of concept and preliminary designs for BESS and Balance of Plant electrical design under the guidance of principal engineers Undertaking technical due diligence reviews of renewable energy projects under the guidance of principal engineers Providing independent engineering and owner's engineering construction services under the guidance of principal engineers About You Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar relevant degree Typically, 4+ years' industry experience Understanding of or exposure to renewable energy technology and high voltage infrastructure projects Electrical infrastructure and balance of plant detailed design experience is preferred but not required Previous HV (33 KV and above) electrical engineering design experience is required Strong communication skills and a high standard of written communication In addition, you will bring the following skills and attributes: Natural connector Problem solver with a powerful team spirit Adaptable Someone ready to do the kind of work the world needs About WSP WSP is one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms, bringing together approximately 6,000 talented people across 15 offices in Australia.
