Senior Estimator

Bluestone recruitment is partnered with an established regional home builder who are looking to make a key senior estimating appointment to facilitate the next phase of the company's growth.
The Role: Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the operational workflow function across the business including management & direction of Administration, Drafting, Estimating, Permits & product development teams.
Manage all aspects of workflow from sales acceptance through to construction.
Drive and manage construction teams to deliver efficient outcomes.
Provide leadership & direction across the business.
Facilitate continuous improvement of system, process & efficiency across the business.
Provide accurate forecasting/reporting, drive business outcomes.
The successful candidate: Background in estimating.
Strong leadership and ability to motivate and drive outcomes.
Thorough knowledge of the residential building industry in Victoria.
Ability to identify problems, analyze trends and implement solutions based on evidence.
Ideally you will have a thorough understanding of estimating with the ability to be hands-on if required.
