THE ROLE As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and developing tailored financial strategies.
You will lead new business generation, conduct client reviews, and collaborate with team members to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct client reviews and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
Collaborate with team members to develop tailored financial strategies based on client goals.
Attend monthly board meetings and prepare performance reports while managing the annual budget.
Present financial planning strategies to clients for approval.
Develop high-quality, compliant financial planning strategies.
Lead efforts to attract new clients and establish a referral network.
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
Manage and grow your client book while servicing existing clients.
Oversee staff and contractors, ensuring productivity and accountability.
Stay updated on financial planning trends through courses and research.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining FASEA qualifications and completing annual CPD.
Support and mentor the team, including junior staff, while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
Develop and implement aligned financial planning policies with the Client Services Manager/Head of Risk and Compliance.
Manage monthly workload and workflow to meet operational targets.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Licensed Financial Adviser (ASIC registered).
Completed all necessary adviser qualifications, including the adviser exam.
Significant experience in financial advice and planning with an existing client book.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in financial strategies.
Dynamic team player who values collaboration and excels at proactively identifying new business opportunities.
