About the Role This role is assisting the Organisational Change manager with key organisational change initiatives.
Responsibilities Assist with key organisational change initiatives.
Contribute to the development of business cases.
Support the creation of position descriptions, communication plans, and facilitate consultation processes.
Collaborate with the People Hub Team to implement changes initiatives effectively.
Apply a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) perspective to influence and validate decisions, considering their impact on individuals.
Willingness to complete admin tasks as well as be involved in some challenging conversations.
Assist in detailed planning and execution of HR strategies.
Collaborate on communication and change management initiatives.
Experience and Skills Demonstrated HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience.
Experience working with key stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and support change initiatives.
High level of attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
