What You Will Need To Succeed To be successful in this position, you will have: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field; Proven experience in a Senior HR generalist role within a complex and dynamic industrialised environment; Experience in Case Management of complex Employee Relation Matters and Grievances with the ability to negotiate satisfactory outcomes; Proven facilitation skills in coaching and influencing senior leaders and senior leadership teams to achieve outcomes with competing priorities; Ability to drive improved business performance through strategic and integrated HR solutions; A postgraduate qualification in HR would also be highly regarded.
