About the Role As a Senior Learning Consultant in our Strategic Capability Team, you will be accountable for execution of ANZ's learning strategy, including the development of a suite of people capabilities critical to our success.
Our priority areas of focus include: ANZ Academy – an enterprise-wide learning and leadership program that aims to build critical knowledge, skills and confidence for everyone at ANZ focused on key priority capability streams (e.g.
banking, data and digital fundamentals as well as core soft skills).
Specialist skills – accelerating upskilling for targeted workforce segments that have a significant impact on ANZ's ability to execute on its strategy (e.g.
engineering, data specialists, product managers).

Role Type: Permanent Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Work Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like? Your key responsibilities will include: Partnering and consulting with senior leaders and stakeholders to undertake performance consulting (needs analysis) and identify the key capability problems and where learning interventions would best add value.
Partnering with the business to stand up commercially viable, impactful experiences in support of our critical people capabilities.
End-to-end management of capability development products.
Identifying and measuring learning outcomes linked to performance and business outcomes.
Supporting the day-to-day operational execution of our learning strategy, liaising with our divisional capability teams and helping drive day-to-day operational excellence in the Learning product area.
Development and maintenance of documentation for course design, project management, evaluation, and review.
Working as part of a cross-functional Capability team using agile methodologies.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Consulting, stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in a complex global organisation working with senior organisational leaders.
Extensive experience in Organisational Development, particularly capability and learning.
An understanding of organisational capability, its component parts and how people capability forms part of that.
Extensive experience designing and developing blended learning and leadership experiences.
Experience using human centred design techniques and capability frameworks to build curriculums and learning assessment approaches.
The ability to create and support evidence-based, pragmatic solutions that have measurable business impact.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
