This role is instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through innovative loyalty initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Data Analytics, Commercial and Finance, to create compelling loyalty strategies that resonate with our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop the core concept, value proposition, and target customer segments for a new loyalty scheme.
Analyse competitor loyalty programs to identify gaps and opportunities.
Identify potential partners for exclusive offers and benefits.
Develop a comprehensive launch plan, including marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and operational readiness.
Oversee the development of launch materials, press releases, and internal communications.
Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to ensure smooth integration of the loyalty program & tool with existing systems.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and track performance metrics.
Continuously refine the loyalty program based on data insights and customer feedback.
Measure the return on investment of the loyalty program and identify areas for cost optimization.
About You: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
A proven commercial track record in loyalty marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - we use Tableau.
