Your role This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of Hollard's business resilience.
Reporting into the Head of Risk and Control Advisory, this role will: Coordinate and maintain Hollard's Business Continuity Management program, including compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead the uplift from CPS232 to CPS230 requirements.
Assist the business with the identification, management and rectification of technology related breaches, incidents, and issues as it relates to Business Continuity capabilities.
Prepare and present reports and papers required for internal and external committees and forums.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Hollard to develop and implement comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Facilitate workshops to complete Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Risk Assessments.
Work with relevant stakeholders to generate a periodic review and testing plans to maintain and update BCP and Disaster Recovery plans as needed.
Work with key stakeholders to develop internal and external communication and collateral, as required.
Design training programs for employees to raise awareness of business continuity management.
Ensure Crisis Management team is prepared to manage through severe business disruptions through scenarios.
About You At least 5-6 years Business Continuity management experience, ideally within the financial services industry.
Technical knowledge in technology platforms and practices such as Cloud, databases and applications, networks, cyber security and information security.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the Australian financial services industry, as it relates to business continuity and operational risk.
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Economics, Finance or Law, desirable.
