About the role The Senior Manager Transformation Office plays a pivotal role in enabling the success of TAC's strategic reform agenda.
This role focuses on providing strategic and specialist guidance throughout the project and program lifecycle, specifically targeting transformational change aimed at achieving strategic goals.
The successful candidate will lead the refinement and adoption of TAC's project management framework, ensuring that our portfolio of initiatives not only deliver operational excellence but also enhance the experience for clients, providers, and employees whilst fostering a positive impact on the Victorian community.
About the Team Joining the Enterprise Transformation division means becoming part of a dynamic and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
Within this division, we pride ourselves on supporting cross-functional teams, consisting of varied roles crucial for the successful delivery of our transformation program.

In this role, you will report into the General Manager, Transformation Engagement who values your expertise and autonomy and is dedicated to creating a safe environment where ideas are exchanged freely, and every team member can thrive.
What we're looking for Program and Portfolio Management Experience Experience in leading a Portfolio Management Office, ensuring initiative dependencies, resourcing capacity, organisational change, and anticipated benefits are understood and effectively managed to support success.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and their adoption that facilitate the seamless delivery of programs aligned with organisational strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential within this role, regularly interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to influence, negotiate, and maintain collaborative relationships is crucial for providing insights and ensuring project governance and assurance are achieved with transparency.
Leadership & Team Development Leadership capabilities are crucial for this position.
You will have the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams, driving initiatives that uplift organisational capabilities in project management practices.
