Description Reporting to the Head of Product and Engineering, you will be an all-around generalist marketer who can also demonstrate a creative flair and digital savviness.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows: Manage global marketing projects for the company from strategy to implementation.
Manage all generalist marketing initiatives.
Provide management guidance for a team of 3, ensuring the team's competency aligns with future business growth objectives.
Manage and develop a team of Graphic Designers and Social/Digital Media specialists to meet company objectives.
Communicate project status to senior management.
Collaborate with the leadership team to improve processes and find deficiencies in workflow, communication, and quality.
Create marketing packs for every range.
Coordinate photo shoots and manage all logistics around this.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, display advertising, and paid search).
Manage other marketing initiatives, such as for local and global trade shows.
Profile As well as having organisational aptitude, the successful candidate will look like: Must have solid marketing experience in the FMCG homewares or lifestyle brands space (or similar field).
Minimum 6 years of experience in a graphic design/marketing or similar role.
Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Demonstrated knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design (just general knowledge will be acceptable).
Strong project management skills.
A data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills in digital marketing.
Experience in Shopify and Word Press site management would be advantageous.
A team player who can cross-collaborate well.
Willingness to get amongst the weeds and get your hands dirty.
Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make suitable recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
