Client Consultation : Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored mortgage solutions. Loan Structuring : Work with the credit team to ensure we are working on the best solutions for the client based on their unique circumstances - ensuring compliance with lender policies and guidelines. End-to-End Service : Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial consultation to settlement, maintaining clear and open communication. Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Business Development : Connect with local Referral partners to drive new business through the doors. About You: Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a mortgage broker.
