Your new role: The role of the Senior Operations Engineer, AI is pivotal in managing and enhancing the performance, reliability, scalability, and security of the Fund's AI systems and infrastructure.
This advanced role demands a candidate with a sophisticated blend of technical prowess and operational insight while maintaining a relentless drive for excellence and alignment with the fund's strategic objectives.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Lead the operational management of AI technologies, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems.
Spearhead initiatives for system optimization, performance enhancement, and reliability.
Oversee the monitoring of cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, GPTs, and Open AI services, implementing proactive measures to ensure optimal performance.
Lead incident management efforts, collaborating with Service Management teams for rapid problem resolution, and driving post-implementation reviews and root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
Direct the management and maintenance of AI data sets, ensuring the accuracy and performance of AI models meet the highest standards and reflect the company's strategic data needs.
Champion the lifecycle management of AI technologies, from conceptualization and testing to integration and operationalization, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Act as a thought leader within the organization, promoting AI awareness and best practices across various domains to maximize AI's value.
Foster strong partnerships with business units to align AI operations with business objectives and compliance requirements, leading technical and business discussions and solution design workshops.
What you'll need: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a closely related field.
Proven track record (7+ years) in the operational management of AI technologies, with a focus on system reliability, scalability, and security.
Deep understanding of AI models and technologies, including LLMs, GPTs, and Open AI services, coupled with extensive experience in technical testing, monitoring, and incident management.
Proficiency in AI data management and maintenance, with a keen eye for ensuring model accuracy and performance.
Expertise in data management, analysis, and AI technology integration.
Advanced troubleshooting skills and familiarity with IT service management frameworks, preferably ITIL certified.
