About the opportunity As part of our Post26 strategy, Australia Post is undertaking large-scale transformation across the organisation.
This includes a focus on simplifying our operations and embracing industry-leading technology for our customers and team members.
This fixed term role provides strategic P&C support and solutioning to the working group with representation from Technology, Procurement, Legal, Communication, Finance and Vendor Management as we embark on this critical Technology transformation journey.
What you'll deliver with us You will play a key role in the working group where we will kick off various engagement with our Strategic Technology Partners in delivering various solutions.
You'll also Build strong relationships and partner with Leadership Team(s) to develop and deliver work packages through the selected vendors.
Work closely with the Enterprise Services Senior P&C Business Partner around design of the target operating models.
Coach the working group to ensure the decisions deliver the right outcomes through our people and engagement with the respective stakeholders, where appropriate.
Use people & culture technology and analytics to provide insights and action to support the improvement and delivery of results.
Partner with the Leadership Team(s) to manage risks (e.g., safety, industrial relations, talent), in conjunction with experts from the People & Culture function.
About you Reporting into one of our Head of People & Culture, you will join a passionate, committed and close-knit team of three who are each aligned to support specific business leaders and the program.
We are seeking an engaging individual who has previously supported Technology teams, large transformation programs or exposure to other similar environments over the course of their career.
You'll also need Previous experience building strong relationships, coaching and influencing Senior Stakeholders.
Proven track record leading organisational change initiatives and operating model design and execution.
The ability to build strong relationships across People and Culture to deliver solutions for the program.
Outstanding interpersonal, coaching and listening skills with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organisation.
