What we are looking for: 4+ years' experience in performance marketing working in a Digital Agency.
A proven history of effectively executing digital campaigns and initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Display advertising for e-commerce/retail clients.
Advanced skills in tracking, analyzing, and reporting website and campaign performance.
Experience in managing and implementing tags for tracking and conversion purposes.
Some experience in managing product feeds for Google Shopping and other comparison shopping engines.
Ability to segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and other criteria for targeted marketing.
There are 3 Parts to this role: 1.
Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising).
Oversee and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track spending and adjust budgets based on performance.
Integrate performance marketing efforts across different channels for cohesive and unified campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve clients' goals.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.
Implement data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
3. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Present and explain performance strategies and outcomes to clients.
