About the role
We are currently seeking a Senior Planning & Project Controller to join our commercial team in the defence sector. The position is based in Canberra, ACT.
Key responsibilities
Ensure planning and project control processes and best practices are implemented in the project
Develop and maintain fully integrated programs
Collaborate with project teams to ensure construction methodology is incorporated in project programs
Develop and maintain project reports (schedule, earned value, progress and performance)
Labour and plant productivity monitoring
Develop and update detailed hour by hour shutdown programs – utilising Primavera P6
About you
At least 5 years experience in a similar role, backed by a relevant engineering degree or equivalent
Experience working on defence projects
High Attention to detail
Strong communications skills
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office experience is a must
PRISM G2, Navisworks and Power BI experience will be highly regarded
