The City of Boroondara is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Analyst and Process Improvement Analyst to join a dynamic team providing support to operational improvement priorities. Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis, Improvement, and Education: Conduct a broad range of operational process improvement sessions. Develop and implement strategies aligning with the Council's strategic objectives. Lead the growth and uplift of business process improvement capabilities through mentoring. Improvement Prioritisation Methodology: Manage, maintain and support the Council's prioritisation methodology. Identify and manage areas of risk, opportunity, or improvement. Solicit stakeholder feedback to inform prioritisation reviews and updates. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and deliver regular reports on process improvement activities. Utilise data-driven insights to measure and evaluate process performance. Manage process and customer information to support business improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with operational teams to support process review success. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and drive consensus on initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to process design. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process improvements. About You: The successful Senior Process Improvement Analyst candidate will possess a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex engagement processes with diverse stakeholder groups. You will have a track record of successfully implementing non-system transformation initiatives across various operational projects and demonstrate how your work identified and informed future enterprise strategies. Your role will be critical in optimising processes and demonstrating the Council's commitment to operational excellence. The successful Process Improvement Analyst candidate will possess an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including a history of work in process improvement methodologies with preference for candidates that have a variety of operational projects. They will be responsible for delivering process improvement engagement sessions and initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring process improvement conversations achieve the most impactful improvements for Boroondara.
