About the Opportunity As the Senior Product Designer, you will help deliver complex and strategic design initiatives that delight our customers and enable digitisation of RACV products and services.
Your Responsibilities Design product concepts and features that balance customer and business benefits and objectives.
Scope and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to understand/validate the customer problem or hypothesis.
Contribute to the design strategy for digital products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
Identify key design initiatives that will have the greatest impact on user experience and business value.
Lead and contribute to design projects, keeping to timelines and managing stakeholder expectations.
Use strong storytelling skills to help ensure that design considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.
Collaborate with development and product teams to solve problems, define solutions and ensure feasibility of future design and development.
Who we're looking for and what you'll bring: Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything.
You'll come with: Bachelor's degree in design, Psychology, Social Science, Entrepreneurship or Business.
5+ years of experience in digital product design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and delivering successful digital products across various platforms and digitising analog products.
Experience working in agile or lean environment.
Understanding and application of HCD, best practice customer experience, usability and accessibility standards.
