As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our business by leading the discovery process for major initiatives outlined in the Corporate Plan.
You'll also be responsible for identifying new opportunities by analysing ongoing performance metrics and gathering customer feedback.
Your role will define strategic objectives, forecast commercial impact, and explore potential solutions, while identifying key dependencies across teams.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments, your insights will drive trade-off discussions that shape our quarterly delivery plans, which you'll present to the Leadership Team for approval.
What you'll be doing Collaborate with the Insights, Customer Service, and CX teams to gather and integrate ongoing customer feedback.
Conduct commercial assessments on key initiatives alongside Finance/One Data teams.
Determine and evaluate feasibility in collaboration with Architecture, Engineering and operational teams.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the Product, CX, and Technology teams.
Develop and present the quarterly strategic plan to the Leadership Team for endorsement.
What you'll bring to the table Experience creating a supportive and honest team environment in which team members feel comfortable and are self-motivated.
Demonstrated success defining, launching and optimising products.
Analytical, driven, and proactive with superior people skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Strong written and spoken communication skills at all levels and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Be comfortable with data and commercials, with the ability to derive insights about how products/features perform.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to build rapport and create great working relationships.
Sound judgement and decision-making, including an ability to prioritise work using data and insight.
