What you'll do As the Senior Product Manager you will be at the forefront of our mission to modernize and elevate our online share trading platform.
You will lead complex product initiatives that significantly impact our platform proposition and experience, including product migrations & strategic feature builds across cash, trading and product partnerships (e.g.
research, data, tax reporting, international markets).
Your role involves developing and executing strategic product enhancements that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you'll ensure that quality outcomes are delivered seamlessly, aligning the platform's evolution with business objectives and market demands.
Key responsibilities Define a clear and actionable product vision for assigned strategic product initiatives focusing as relevant on data, customer + service experience, platform migration experience and post migration enhancements.
Align transformation initiatives with the company's strategic goals and market positioning.
Lead the development of a target state for each platform feature assessing competitive positions and ensuring it meets business and customer needs.
Collaborate to define and agree of success metrics.
Report on performance against targets, and adjust the roadmap in response.
Platform Transformation & Execution Drive the end-to-end execution of platform transformation projects, including competitive target state & customer proposition design, platform/feature development and migration strategies.
Oversee the creation and implementation of new, strategic features that enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Ensure seamless customer experiences throughout various phases of the platform's evolution, from migration to uplift.
Manage partnerships with key vendors, ensuring that quality customer & business outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate across multiple teams, business units, and external partners-to achieve target state outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to support platform customer & commercial outcomes Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with technology, business teams, and vendors and lead efforts towards a common target state product proposition.
Develop detailed product requirements and user stories (or work closely with assigned product owners), collaborating with engineering and design teams to bring them to life.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the transformation process.
Customer Experience & Digital Design Leverage your expertise in customer experience (CX) and digital design to enhance the user journey.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve platform usability and satisfaction.
Ensure that platform initiatives deliver a seamless and intuitive experience for users (whether they are employees or customers) Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize data analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of platform changes on customer and business outcomes.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Ensure that all product platform changes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the risk and compliance team to manage risk and adhere to industry standards.
Monitor and address any compliance issues that arise, ensuring that all product updates and changes are legally sound.
What you will bring with you Experience 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform transformation or similar initiatives.
Experience in financial services, particularly in product transformation and migration.
Strong technical acumen, with experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding complex technical concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and partners to deliver on strategic objectives.
Expertise in CX and digital design, ensuring that platform transformations enhance user experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
