As a Senior Product Manager at Hot Doc, you will lead product management within one of our dynamic squads.
Collaborate with design, data, and engineering peers, as well as other teams across the organisation to drive user and business outcomes.

Unique Value of the Role As a Senior Product Manager at Hot Doc, you will autonomously lead a product team to identify user value and build products that drive Hot Doc's growth.
This is achieved through close customer relationships, a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will prioritise complex projects in collaboration with senior leadership.
Key Accountabilities Creating exceptional user experiences on Hot Doc Leading innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing products Ensuring your squad has clear 3-12 month goals aligned with Hot Doc's vision and goals, supported by UX research and quantitative data Maintaining close relationships with senior leadership and collaborating with designers, engineers, and PMs within the Product team Having a thorough understanding of your area of responsibility, informed by user insights, competitor analysis, and the broader healthcare landscape Setting quarterly goals and objectives that inspire your team and contribute meaningfully to company goals Regularly meeting and surveying users, fostering a culture of frequent feedback within your team Reporting the commercial impacts of your area to senior leadership and the wider business Working with the CEO and Hot Doc leadership to contribute to the long-term Product vision Experiences, Capabilities & Qualifications Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills 5+ years of professional and related Product Management experience Extensive experience working in B2 C products and directly with end-users Experience with commercial modelling Experience working with senior leadership Experience with goal setting and reporting Proficiency with analytics tools and working with datasets Experience conducting product exploration and prioritisation activities Experience working with engineers in an agile environment High empathy and commitment to being an advocate for our users Required Education / Qualifications Degree or training in a field relevant to product management, technology, or design Why Join Hot Doc?
