Due to some internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join the Milwaukee Product team on a Fixed Term basis.
Your role requires collaboration and partnering with various stakeholders in the business, conducting key industry analysis and strategic planning to ensure product roadmaps are built and executed.
You will motivate your team through leadership, planning, category management and tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to achieving the Milwaukee sales budget.
Product Life Cycle management – ongoing range maintenance and new product development as per business requirements.
Responsible for reporting, range analysis and market research of products categories and competitive environment.
Sales forecasting assistance in inventory planning with the Procurement Team Responsible for all product marketing for the respective category.
Gross Margin - Maintain a TTI gross margin for the respective categories.
Reduce Excess & Obsolete in-line with company objectives.
Ensure TTI operations system (SAP) in updated in full at time of product launch for the respective category.
Market exposure through retail visit, customer events and industry conference.
What you will bring to the role: Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
