About the Role We are currently seeking to engage with Civil & Electrical Project Engineers to join our skilled and expanding team on a permanent basis due to our expanding project portfolio in Victoria.

Our Civil & Electrical Engineers are exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.
Working away is required when delivering projects - typical roster being 11 days on, 3 days off and occasionally 3 weeks on 1 week off depending on the project.
Uplift of between 10% - 20% is paid while working away as well as living away from home allowance (LAFA).
This project's scope will see you work on multiple substations throughout Victoria, with the typical individual project value being between $5 M and $35 M.
Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing projects from start to finish, focusing on time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environmental management; Managing contracts, scope, procurement, risk and opportunity, stakeholder communications, and project integration; Organising and directing site labour and delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for coordination of site activities; Helping to document the project scope; Identifying and assisting with resolution of scope discrepancies; Identifying scope gaps between sub and head contracts; Collating data and compiling upstream claims; Compiling subcontract packages; Maintaining site quality records and contributing to the development of QMP, ITPs, check sheets, MDR, and NCR register; Attending post tender interviews; Compiling and reviewing subcontract packages.
About You To be selected for interview, please ensure your resume highlights: Degree qualification in a relevant subject; Your experience in a similar role either in the Utilities, Infrastructure or Construction industries.
Strong knowledge of PMBOK and understanding of how to deliver a project safely, on time, budget and to a high level of quality; Experience in tendering, pre-contracts, and project delivery; Confidence liaising with multiple stakeholders and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequent changes in priorities.
