The Senior Project Engineer (e House) will be responsible for leading a technical team composed of customer project technical designers and engineers.
You will act as the leader of the technical content of the project, and be the single point of contact regarding all project technical topics.
You will also be serving as the key contact person for all technical-related topics, assessing technical risks and opportunities, and proposing actions.
The Customer Project Technical Leader will ensure customer technical requirements are fulfilled: performance, quality, costs, and time, in compliance with the contract.

Responsibilities Lead and get approved basic and detailed design of all technical aspects of an integrated solution, in line with customer and contract requirements (technical performance).
Ensure the project technical team delivers according to the project planning.
Monitor technical costs, ensuring the budget for the technical part is under control.
Lead all technical aspects of customer integrated projects, such as design, implementation, testing, FAT, SAT.
Work closely with the Project Director/Manager and Contracts Manager to manage the technical risks and interfaces between the project team stakeholders and the customer, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely technical deliverables in compliance with the contract.
Obtain final customer approval of the overall technical solution designed and delivered.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager (PM) and other technical designers and engineers who take care of part of the technical scope.
Ideal Candidate Possess a Degree/Master's in Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading the technical scope of customer projects, or parts of large customer projects in MV/LV Electrical Distribution.
Experience in Oil & Gas, "Electrical Houses" (ehouses) mechanical/structural/HVAC design is considered an advantage.
Knowledge about Australian standards for the electrical domain, namely, AS/NZS 3000:2018, AS/NZS 3820:2020, AS/NZS 3017:2022, AS/NZS 3760:2022, etc.
Ability to lead functional and remote technical teams.
Display the ability to work with agility in a complex and matrix environment.
Exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills regarding complex technical strategies.
Showcase the ability to influence stakeholders on the appropriate project technical strategy.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn from others, share knowledge, coach others, and collaborate efficiently.
Proficiency in fluent English.
Other languages are a plus.
