We're looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our Service Performance and Operational Excellence team, where you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge projects that redefine service assurance, security, and data insights & reporting needs of Transport Technology.
The Senior Project Manager is a key member of the Service Performance and Operational Excellence team and is primarily responsible for:
Lead and oversee critical IT and Operational Technology projects that elevate our Transport Technology capabilities.
Deliver strategic initiatives that drive the future of tolling, focusing on data modeling, insights, and reporting.
Manage stakeholder relationships with precision, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse teams (IT Infrastructure, ITS Operations/Engineering, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Vendors).
Navigate the complexities of project governance, financial management, and risk mitigation with confidence.
Develop compelling business cases and deliver projects that contribute to a multiyear transformational program, reducing lifecycle risks to our assets.
Project level reporting and governance.
In addition, this role will partner with the Technology Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Transport Technology Operations/Engineering team.
A successful candidate must have:
A proven track record in delivering large-scale IT and OT infrastructure projects, with a focus on asset discovery and service mapping using tools like ServiceNow ITOM.
Experience in projects centered on data modeling, insights, and reporting, driving strategic decisions and innovation.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful roadside solutions (using Operational Technology).
A strong grasp of project financials, governance, and the ability to manage risks and maximize benefits.
