The Client
Our client, a skilled interdisciplinary team, offers a comprehensive range of construction consultancy services across various sectors: housing, education, health, care, blue light, commercial, and regeneration and mixed use. They are an industry leader specializing in analyzing defects and developing efficient, effective recovery plans for any property type, including listed buildings.
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in Birmingham. You will work on a wide range of projects, including new build, regeneration, education, and more. The role involves working as part of a multi-skilled team alongside internal and external partners, executing project work.
The Role

Project Responsibilities
Client liaison, including presentation of schemes, project programming, and other matters affecting delivery of service.
Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on a wide range of building types, utilizing all standard forms of construction.
Appoint and manage the Professional Team and their performance.
Visit sites, carry out inspections, and issue reports.
Prepare and present initial appraisal and feasibility reports.
Prepare and present outline design proposals, including budget estimates.
Prepare full working drawings.
Conduct contract administration.
Manage tenders, carry out analysis, and prepare reports.
Delegate any of the above duties while retaining responsibility for achievement.
Requirements
BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management with relevant working experience.
Associate membership of RICS or equivalent recognized qualification.
