Senior Project Manager (Payroll)

Circuit is seeking a Project Manager to be involved with a global project, focusing on workforce management/payroll for one of our clients. The role demands excellent skills in managing stakeholders, strategic planning, and driving project delivery.
Responsibilities
Oversee the transition from development to production, ensuring system stability and support during the hypercare phase.
Guide and manage the creation of detailed project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Facilitate smooth project execution by aligning internal teams, senior leaders, and vendors.
Provide specialized guidance on the migration, configuration, and testing of payroll systems.
Direct the RFP process for selecting the right system and assess vendor proposals to identify the best solution.
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication with both the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Extensive background in overseeing complex projects involving workforce management or payroll systems across multiple countries.
Proficiency in HCM payroll platforms, compliance regulations, and familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall.
Exceptional skills in managing stakeholder relationships and effective communication.
Demonstrated capability to manage intricate projects with competing priorities and diverse teams.
Preferred certifications (e.g., PMP) and experience within consulting or professional services environments.
