Senior Project Manager - Payroll Systems Implementation - Randstad

The Role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-country payroll project.
This role will ensure the successful delivery of the project within budget and on schedule, leveraging a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes.
The Senior Project Manager will possess strong stakeholder management, project planning, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations across multiple countries IDEALLY ADP, RAMCO or Chris21.
Provide expert guidance on payroll data migration, system configuration, and testing.
Collaborate with payroll subject matter experts to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and IT stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
RFP and Vendor Selection: Develop and manage RFP processes for payroll system selection.
Evaluate vendor proposals and select the best-fit solution based on technical capabilities, cost, and alignment with business requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in HCM payroll projects, preferably in a multi-country environment.
Deep understanding of HCM payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with RFP processes and vendor selection.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
