Responsibilities: Research direct property investments and unlisted property funds across all property sectors.
Monitor and review the performance of investments and funds.
Contribute to the overall investment strategy and asset allocation for client portfolios.
Build strong client relationships through high-quality service.
As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for: Prepare investment notes on investments and portfolio strategy and present them to senior internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on the domestic and global property market, focusing on transaction pricing, investment trends, industry trends, and regulatory developments.
Conduct due diligence on direct property investments and unlisted property funds across all property sectors and major geographies, including equity and debt, listed and unlisted.
Provide advisory services for clients on property portfolios, including portfolio construction and deployment strategy.
Monitor and review the performance of direct investments and unlisted property funds.
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: 5 - 10+ years of experience in unlisted property investments, property debt/project finance, property valuations, or property advisory.
CA, CFA or Master of Finance highly desirable.
Knowledge of pooled funds, unlisted property investment vehicles, and portfolio construction.
Evaluations experience would be highly desirable.
